How to Develop a 'Beer Belly'

This article provides simple tips to help you develop skinny legs, thin arms, and a big gut. This look is popularly known as 'The Beer Belly'!
Santa Claus Follow these guidelines diligently and patiently, and you should see results within weeks!

Whether beer is involved or not, here's the fastest way to develop that 'beer-belly' look that everyone recognizes:
  • Skip breakfast.
  • If you're really dedicated to getting this look, skip lunch too, or eat a small lunch.
  • A few hours after lunch, you'll probably start feeling lethargic, and you may develop a headache. Just take an aspirin with a can of pop (or a cup of coffee), and eat a bag of chips.
  • Race home after work and eat a big dinner. Heck! you haven't eaten all day; you deserve it!
  • Between dinner and bed-time, you have two choices - Do either one or both:
    Have a large snack while watching a movie, or have a few beers.
    Don't be concerned if you're drinking light beer; it'll still do the trick!

Bottom line: You need to focus on consuming foods and beverages that are low in protein and devoid of nutritional value; and you should try to eat them at the 'wrong' time - A couple hours after work is good; just before bed-time is even better!

Feel free to exercise 3 or 4 times a week if you like, but try to avoid exercising in the morning. Let your body wake up slowly in the morning. Try to let yourself stew in a semi-conscious state till 11:00 or 12:00.
Hopefully; you can find a job that doesn't require much thought or physical activity.

Do this for a couple months and you'll be amazed at the results!
Don't give up. You can do this. It doesn't take much effort at all!
